The cold front is gone for now, and the ground temperature has been above 20C these days.

The north swells subsided as the wind turned to the south, so we went to Kayama Island to see some corals and a variety of sea life.

Mitsuishi, one of our favorite dive points on the north side of Yaeyama islands, is located near here.

On January 24, a big cargo ship ran aground and has been sitting there.

I hope the corals are ok…
