Now that typhoon Muifa is gone, we are back on the water!

It has been a while since we had a direct hit of a typhoon and we were concerned about the potential damage, but thanks to God there was no damage at all!

Although there still were some swells, we went for three dives around Taketomi today.

Visibility was not great, as the typhoon stayed around the area for quite some time…

And the water visibility is now down to 26C!

I wish it came earlier so that the coral bleaching was not this bad this year…

It’s still September, so I think the water will warm up again 🙂

The cold water and the low visibility doesn’t matter, particularly after the long lock out due to the typhoon!

The Autumn holiday season is starting this weekend, and we are looking forward to welcoming you all!
