Sunny day again, and we went for a three-dives cruise down to Taketomi Island!

The first dive of the day was at the Shark Hole.

It is called so as there used to be a shark always sleeping here, but now we don’t see it at all (lol)

What do we see here now? Now it’s a nudibranch paradise!

Tokakin Reef was the second dive point.

It’s the season of Dogtooth tuna… can we find them?

Yes!

It was the right timing, and there were tons of them!

And this was the highlight of the day, at least for me.

Fourspot butterflyfish – I have been diving in Ishigaki for nearly 20 years, and this was the first time encounter.

Not stunningly beautiful, but very rare (lol)

The third dive was a sand point, and a Giant cuttlefish was busy laying eggs.

I’m not going to bother you, and hope you will have lots of eggs!
