Diving point (visibility)

☆ Yonara Channel, Kohama/Iriomote Island (25m)
☆ Yonara Channel, Kohama/Iriomote Island (25m)
☆ Tokakin Reef, Taketomi Island (25m)

Today all our guests were veteran divers, and we went to drift diving.

The first dive was Yonara Channel, located between Kohama and Iriomote islands.

This is the drift diving point for big sea life such as mantas.

The bottom is around 25m, and the max dive time is around 30min.

You will find some big ones, or be drifted in the total blue…

There was nothing…

When we were about to go back, there was a big Oceanic Blacktip Shark!

It once went away, but then came back toward us during our safety stop.

Did we look yummy?

As we couldn’t find any manta during the first dive, so we went back again for the second time…

… to find nothing again 🙁

Well, this is nature 🙂

The third dive point of the day was Tokakin Reef, located on the south of Taketomi Island.

When we jumped in, there were lots of big Dogtooth tunas swimming around!

There also was a big school of Fusiliers.

Only one more day to go for 2021!

Let’s enjoy!
