It was full house again today!
The first dive point of the day was Nagura Bay, located on the west side of Ishigaki Island.
Visibility was so so, but the fish was happy with lots of planktons in the water 🙂
Water temperature was slightly cooler – we are getting deep into autumn now.
I love looking around for macro sea life…
When you see a whip coral, take a close look, and you can usually find something.
This Glass Goby seem to have some eggs in the tummy.
Whip Coral Shrimp moves quickly, so it is not easy to take a clean shot.
Bigger fish is usually slower to move – Masked Bannerfish.
DSD guests enjoyed the first diving experience!
How did you like the blue water of Ishigaki?
With a bit high swells, the cruise to Kabira was a bit rough, but we made it.
Mantas yesterday quickly passed by, but it stayed a long time with us today!
Typhoon #18 is now around the north of Philippines, heading west.
It is far from Ishigaki, but the wind is forecasted to pick up further.
We will decide in the morning if we can go out for dives!
