Typhoon Chabnthu (#14) is now heading north toward Taiwan, and is forecasted to pass near Yaeyama islands on Sunday.

But the sea is still calm and good 🙂

We went for three dives today, around the west coast of Ishigaki island.

And of course, corals are one of our picks again!

Corals of Nagura Bay and Corals of Sakieda…

Which do you like better?

And everyone living around here is definitely happy with lively corals 🙂

Today we started another OWD course.

Practicing buoyancy at the Manta Point.

You definitely need the skill here!

And we saw a Manta from the boat, and jumped in.

There was only one Manta, but it hovered around the cleaning station all throughout our dive!

And it came really close couple of times…

And Nico was happy (lol)

When you are waiting for Mantas at the Manta Point, make sure to check around the waiting area.

Whitespotted Devil looks beautiful, but quickly loses its temper and attack you if you enter into its territory !

We are planning for two dives tomorrow, and will bring our boat to safe harbor in preparation for the approach of typhoon.
