☆ Tokakin Reef, Taketomi (15m)
☆ Submarine, Taketomi (20m)

There were some clouds up high, but it was mostly sunny today 🙂

A little bit of swells, but they were not too bad, and we cruised down to Taketomi for three dives today.

The first dive was at Potato Reef, the famous reef for a school of Bluestriped snappers.

It is beautiful to see so many of them moving in synch…

But there was one trying to go the other way 🙁

Can you see?

The second dive was at Tokakin Reef, looking for some big fish.

Big fish come here for these – Fusiliers.

There were some big Barracudas swimming around the area, and some of them were over 1m long!

The third dive was at the seascape point of Submarine.

There was no current, and we enjoyed relaxing exploration of arches 🙂

We could not see any Giant cuttlefish today, but we saw their eggs.

You can almost see the baby moving in the egg…

Longfin snake eel.

What is that thing sticking out of your nose…?

Beautiful color of Banded coral shrimp.

Pipehorse – if it were not for your color, I could not spot you.

Maybe we can try Mantas tomorrow 🙂
