Hi everyone!

Blue Swan is currently under annual maintenance, and we are joining our neighbor boat for our cruise.

Our dive points today were Ishigaki, Kuroshima and Kohama/Iriomote.

It has been a bit warm these days, but turned a bit cloudy today.

But the view of the island is still nice…

Our guest who came during Christmas break last year was hooked up to Ishigaki, and came back in two weeks 🙂

What are these scratches?

These are the marks of Parrotfish bites 🙂

It is the season for nudibranchs – here is Chelidonura amoena.

This is not precisely nudibranch, but close enough 🙂

Have you ever seen three sea snakes swimming together??

A juvenile Rainbow wrasse.

This one was only about 1cm in length. We also found a bigger one, but it was moving too fast and couldn’t take a clean shot!

A Ringeyed hawkfish.

Green turtle was taking a nap as usual…

Our afternoon dive was at Yonara Channel, located in between Kohama and Iriomote islands.

This is a drift dive point where mantas often pass by at low tide.

Unfortunately we did not see any today…

So much for warm winter – it is forecasted to be a bit colder tomorrow…
