Unusual magnitude of cold front has covered Japan, and we were closed yesterday due to typhoon-class north wind…

And the ground temperature today was 14C?!?!?

We have never experienced this before, and it was coooolllllddd!!!

It was the last day of 2020, so we had to go diving!

Visibility was fantastic around Taketomi and Kuroshima, and the water was warm!

I am sure many of you are working on the year-end cleaning of your house, and so is this guy.

Just finished cleaning of a Tomato grouper, and waiting for the arrival of the next guest 🙂

Disco clam is getting ready for count down lighting.

We met some Mantas off the shore of Kuroshima♪

It was a bit far on this one, but we saw some more from the boat on our way back!

A school of Indian mackerel around V-Gorge.

All with their mouth wide open ♪

Orangutan crab today was very quiet, and didn’t move♪

Hawkfish anthias is beautiful as always…

2020 has been a tough year for everyone, but hope all of you are safe and well

It was a challenging year for Prime Scuba Ishigaki as well, but was a good challenge as it gave us the opportunity to take a fresh look at our operation, and make changes for better and safe operation.

I pray that you all will have a much better year ahead, and looking forward to meeting you in Ishigaki!
