Blue! Blue! Blue!
November 19, 2020
Weather：Sunny sometimes cloudy
Wind Direction：Southeast (4m/s)
Diving point (visibility)
☆ Yarabu Corner, Ishigaki (30m)
☆ Nobaru Drop Off, Iriomote (22m)
☆ Yonara Channel, Kohama/Iriomote (25m)
A bit cloudy and more humid compared to yesterday.
Wind was blowing from southeast, which is a bit rare for this time of year.
And the ground temperature went up to 29C, and was a great day for diving!
The first dive of the day was Yarabu Corner, located on the west corner of Ishigaki.
It has one of the most dynamic seascape around here, which we call “mini underwater ruins (or mini Yonaguni)”
Tons of Yellow and blueback fusilier suddenly appeared from nowhere. and surrounded us.
Some of us saw a big Spotted eagle ray!
It swam slowly alongside us.
It had a long crooked tail…
And there was a big school of Barracuda, probably over 50 of them!
As we were swimming around 20m deep and they were around 10m, we couldn’t get close!
Headed for Iriomote for the second dive.
Beautiful sun light in the water…
Yonara Channel for the afternoon dive, looking for mantas again.
I love this exciting moment❤️
And here we go again!
We waited for a while at the bottom, and there she came!
It swam by very close to the bottom!
Fantastic three dives in deep blue!
This beautiful calm condition is forecasted to stay for a while
