I don’t meant to make any one out there in the main islands of Japan jealous, but it still feels like summer with ground temperature of 29C, and water around 27C here in Ishigaki 🙂
We cruised down south today to look for good visibility,.
There were lots of Bluestriped snapper, forming a tornado 🙂
There were millions of Blue-green chromis, almost covering our guests!
But beard is standing out (lol)
Beautiful Hawkfish anthias.
Flipping upside down, rightside left… never stays the same.
Batfish Reef of Kuroshima… this is the first time diving for us here.
There are several dive points with Longfin batfish, but these are Teira batfish.
Do you know the difference?
They stay almost motionless around shallow reef, so easy to take pictures.
They look very similar to Longfin batfish, but Teira batfish has more round face.
Their body color turn dark when they are getting cleaned by cleanerfish.
There was one Teira batfish following our guest back to the boat 🙂
Thank you everyone for joining us, and looking forward to welcoming you again!
