It was the last day of loooong holiday season. Many guests have gone home, and it felt the boat was rather empty.

Turtles at Kuroshima Turtle Paradise also seem to have packed and went home – we saw only a couple today.

Experts went deep and found Elegant firefish. Its Japanese name “Akebono Haze”, was named by His Majesty the Emperor Emeritus, with the suggestion from Her Majesty the Empress Emerita.

No manta again 🙁

But there were many cuties – here is a Red spotted coral crab.

Florence is a dancer/contortionist/singer from France. Thank you for diving with us!

And who is this??

Flowery flounder! Very rare to be found on reef.

It was the last day of diving for family from Hong Kong. Thank you for joining our dive cruise!

Special announcement – Soji Kasumi joined us from the end of April!

Soji has long experience as a diving instructor in overseas as well as in Japan. He has previously worked in areas such as Cairns, Palau, Maldives and Egypt, so some of you have met him somewhere in the past!

Please join us in welcoming him to Prime Scuba Ishigaki, and we are all looking forward to welcoming guests on our dive cruise!
