What is PADI e-Learning?

PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) program has two parts – knowledge development and water skill training. In order to make the best use of your precious vacation time, we request that our guests complete their knowledge development part using e-Learning.

PADI e-Learning is interactive learning tool provided by PADI. PADI e-Learning is available in many languages, and you can select online version as well as off line (e-Learning Touch) version for mobile devices such as iPhone or iPad.

Please note that PADI e-Learning is not included in our OWD program, and you need to register directly to PADI. When registering to PADI e-Learning, please make sure to use the links available on our website. This will allow us to monitor your progress as well as completion, so that you do not need to bring your printed certificate.

PADI e-Learning usually takes 5-6 hours to complete. Basic knowledge is very important in enjoying scuba diving safely. Please make sure to take enough time to learn the course, before your arrival in Ishigaki.
