Our guests Lum and Gary got certified as Advanced Open Water Divers and Enriched Air Divers at the same time! congratulations!
Just like any other activities, there is no end in diving. When you get certified as an Open Water Diver (OWD), you are starting your diving life. In Advanced Open Water Diver program, you learn more skills about diving, such as underwater navigation, deep dive, controlling your buoyancy, underwater photography and others, and be ready to explore more variety of dive sites.
It was a bit cloudy around lunch time, but mostly clear all day♪ The sea was totally flat again, and we had a comfortable dive cruise all day 🙂
Our morning two dives were around Taketomi and Nagura area, looking around for some macro sea life. You may think there is nothing around white sand area, but watch carefully, and you will be surprised. There are lots of small macro sea life on the sand, flowing seaweed, etc.
Here is a Short-pouch pygmy pipehorse.
Elysiella pusilla is a kind of shellfish without shell.
Harlequin ghost pipefish stays straight like this for its entire life.
There were three mantas today at Manta City 🙂
Planning to go to Iriomote tomorrow♪
