After two days of port closure, typhoon #9 and #10 are now gone, without much damage on the island. Water temperature is now down to 28C, compared with around 31C before the typhoon. Although too many typhoons are not great for our business, it stirs up cold water from the bottom, and keeps the water temperature at desirable level for the corals.

Looks like the number of cardinalfish has declined after the typhoon, but this Harlequin ghost pipefish was still at its favorite place 🙂 The smaller one was gone though…

Our guests today were from UK, Germany, Australia for the Fun Dive program, and from Belgium for the DSD program 🙂

Visibility around Sakieda Big Arch was very good!

Beautiful Blue-striped cave goby. You can often find them hovering upside-down in caves. You need a torch to see this beautiful color.

At the famous Manta City, waiting for one to show up.

After a long wait, one manta showed up!

August is starting tomorrow, and heading into the middle of the peak season. Looking forward to welcoming everyone!
